Azymuth recorded In My Treehouse & Crazy Clock in Rio de Janeiro over a two week period. This is vintage Azymuth - the magic and chart-busting tunes returning. 'In My Treehouse' is an extremely personal track written by Bertrami, which is influenced by the oak tree that stands directly outside his bedroom window and dreams that recall his childhood playing in a tree house in his mother's hometown. A stunning piece of song-writing packed with addictive hooks and showcasing the originality that made the band the kings of jazz funk. 'Crazy Clock' is a quirky funk monster that brings psychy vocoder and moog keys alongside driving bass lines and given the Luca Trevisi LTJ X-perience slo-mo treatment for an Italian/Brazilian disco classic.
